Staying at Atmosphere in Poltava far exceeded my expectations in every way imaginable. From the moment I arrived, the staff, especially Anna & Anastasia at reception, provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. The room was impeccably clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a great shower, offering a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city. The hotel's prime location just around the corner from the main square and street allowed for easy access to local sites and dining options, like the delightful Café Chichikov. The tranquil setting of the room, thanks to its soundproofed design, made for a peaceful night's rest, while the added bonus of having free toiletries provided a touch of luxury. Atmosphere truly impressed me with its attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction, making it a standout choice for anyone visiting Poltava.
